Counseling the Families and Partners of Trans People

Course content will include 1) identification of the issues various family members and partners face as a loved one transitions; 2) designing a treatment plan for addressing these issues; 3) various options for family/partners to maintain or develop a relationship with the trans person; 4) helping family/partners re-evaluate and explore their own identities individually and in relationship.
